I have about 10k USD savings so i think i could easily survive there for several months without any income, but i read that i need to legalize residence in there and for that i would need a job.
Have any of you anons made similar step and could share your experiences? Are there any Poles here living in Philippines that would like to help a lost brother in need?

No one here is actually stupid enough to want to go work for a PH company unless you're from something worse like Brasil or some shit. PH is pretty good to digital nomad in but working for any company there is a death sentence. You can easily visa hop 90 days in 90 days out, I do PH 90 days->korea 9->Japan 90 and repeat, just helps me change the scenery up a bit and make sure I never need to worry about visa limits. Flights and Hotels are cheap with Korea probably being the cheapest IMO.
I work in tech as well and would never go into PH for a company there unless it was specifically under a contract where my salary was 100% guaranteed and I knew what the scope of work was. PH salaries are dogshit even be EU tech standards, like enjoy going to make maybe 25-30k from your insane hours and corrupt as frick boss.

That's on a high note, the generous person in PH makes maybe 1000-1250 USD/mo for that. This isn't including insane working hours, conditions, and deadlines you can't even fathom as a europoor.
Tell your company you want remote or change jobs to something remote, dump the girl, and go digital nomad on a comfy salary. It will be 1000x easier than the visa process, besides once you are there it's not like you can't go "huh maybe I should start looking at jobs here". Little thing called the internet and has sites like indeed on there for jobs and social interactions with people there can introduce you to people hiring

Because he's a moron. Visa is now 29 days on entry, not 90. Option to extend 1, 2, possibly 6 months in person at an immigration office.

quite difficult unless you are willing to accept PH wages and 14 hour days, of which only 10 you will be paid for
if you can get into the gabling industry things will be much easier for you, just be prepared for dubious legality of your employment and possibly being paid under the table while maintaining your own tourist visa
Get on indefinite money like disability from your country, at least $900 USD/mo, and you won't have to work in the PI.
