Boeing's reputation is literal garbage now.
The only big name now is Airbus. And if Boeing continues with their track record, China's planes will overshadow Boeing and become #2 to Airbus in another decade or so.
>in another decade
No, look at all the incidents involving boeing aircraft in just the last couple years. Their reputation is already going to shit
Airbus is already shit m8.
Id never ride an Airbus or a Boeing at this point.
Japan mitsubishi heavy industries has a better chance of being allowed international flights. Nobody will trust a "made in china" aircraft
The US killed Japanese commercial aviation.
The FAA strangely kept denying certification to the Mitsubishi SpaceJet.
Isn't there a Brazilian manufacturer with decent track record?
Probably better than Boeing, and could do better if given the chance. However, knowing America, they'd pull some under the table shit to make sure it never becomes a significant competitor to their Boeing.
Brazilian Embraer makes a larger passenger plane. There’s also bombardier which is Canadian. But they only make larger luxury planes.
Embraer, I think AA bought a bunch of them. My dad was a fan of Bombardiers though, idk why.
Embraer. Makes small jets mostly.
>But they only make larger luxury planes.
A220 is just a Bombardier that b*eing tried to cuck out of existence.
It’s not really Brazilian. Only in name it’s mostly southern Brazil meaning Germans and probably some other Europeans.
>it’s mostly southern Brazil
Wrong.
Yes it is. Almost all of the production is there São José dos Campos-Professor Urbano Ernesto Stumpf and at one or two other souther Brazilian locations. The founder was literally a German who precisely set it up there for these reasons. And the airport is named after another airspace specialist of German descent.
The Embraer regional jets have very good airframes and are reliable. Lots of redundancy and manual reversion. The newer ones have enough seats and comfort to compete with Boeing and Airbus products.

The C Series under Bombardier would be eating Boeing's lunch if it wasn't stuck under the Airbus banner right now. Fricking criminal that was allowed to be sold.
Could just as easily happened on an airbus. Boeing doesn't make Turbofans. It was GE, Pratt & Whitney, or Rolls Royce.
You can also argue that the blown-out door a while ago was made in Malaysia, but the real culprit is that it's missing a bolt. That clearly isn't a problem with the component, but with the assembling and maintenance, both of which are in the US. Unless other manufacturer like Airbus also suffer frequent failure on the same component, you can't just shift the blame like that
>that it's missing a bolt.
that is was missing four bolts
ftfy
At this rate Comac will be lucky if they even ship a 929 by 2034.
Boeing doesn’t build engines retread
Diversity hires killed boing.
Flames just means its flying in turbo speed mode. That's a good thing
>VTEC kicked in, yo!
Jet airliners now fitted with afterburners thanks to innovative People Of Brown maintenance crew, experts say
>you're on a flight and you see this
what do you do?
Close the window blind. Out of sight, out of mind.
Open the door, walk on the wing and go fix the engine by banging it with my wrench
this anon solves problems
not problems like what is beauty because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy
he solves practical problems
CLANG CLANG CLANG
There's.....something on the wing! Some...THING!!!!
this.
I'd yell
>THERE IS A FRICKING GREMLIN ON THE WING DISASSEMBLING THE PLANE
and make a huge scene
sum ting wong?
Make a blog called "planes aren't real"
Just close my eyes. It isn't happening. It isn't real
turn 360 degrees and walk away
Then you'll be walking right into plane window
>everyone laugh and point at the newbie...
Holy newbie
you fell for it
Lrn2fly
Probably see if there's a seat up ahead that's free because I don't want to be next to that if the blades break loose.
Once it the uncontrolled engine failure already happened the blades aren’t nearly as fast anymore. So the blades are less of a concern for people sitting next to them at this point.
Less of. There's' still nothing but a tiny skin of aluminum separating you and those blades/
That's supposed to be on fire.
Make a webem and post a thread on SighSee so you can all make fun of me
press the flight attendant button and notify them immediately
peepeepoopoo
Check the other side and make sure it's all good. I know a plane can fly on one engine because I'm not a Black person.
>pajeet in cservice
Can you turn it off and on?
I have a flight next week. How fricked am I?
Now probably
I love when the pilot turns on the afterburners. That's why I always pick a window seat behind the wing.
Say it with me
>N
>How long before its safer to ride a Chinese airlines?
Tell me this isn't a controlled destruction of America.
as long as airlines keep going to central america for overhaul maintenance
>hire based on race and genitalia
>everything falls apart
They still won't learn their lesson and they've burned all the bridges.
How is it the flight crew's fault?
You think only the flight crew is diverse? lol
They force fed unqualified morons into every position and it's showing.
this is the beginning of the total collapse of all western infrastructure
israelites have decided to abandon ship and stop maintaining it
you will see a lot more of this soon
white people can maintain anything. the problem is DIVERSITY EQUITY AND INCLUSION. Monkey morons who cant comprehend visual manuals!!! they get hired to displace whites.
>GUUURL THIS SHIT ON FIRE
The smoke detector
>"Tanisha Cap'ta'in, the passengers keep hearing some sort of beeping sound for the past 18 hours."
Underrated
buy an ad deng
>dat feel when no chink spy wife to suck your dick dry and funnel millions of $ for favors
Why even live
Dude they are like ducks are the pond, except that the globalist don’t mind at all if you take a bunch home
Huge op going on right now to scare people off of commercial air travel and kill the carriers. The elites HATE that you can hop on a plane and be anywhere in the world in less than a day. Not saying these planes aren't fricking dangerous, I'm saying they are slowly turning them into death traps on purpose.
They've gone after all these industries from multiple angles for years. The rotten tree is bearing fruit.
>The elites HATE that you can hop on a plane and be anywhere in the world in less than a day.
not quite, they love flying non-whites here on a daily basis non-stop
the competency crisis is rael
The US has a monopoly over it and after the chip ban and huawei suspension it's painfully obvious there will be no competition amongst its enemies
why don't they just make planes not take 400+ steps so the black lady pilots don't burn down the plane?
Why can't you homosexuals make webms anymore?

Captain Shaniqua: "Wut da frick dat beepin' noise?"
lold
I believe it. Frick these companies
It’s nothing to lie about really. Lol when my uncle went for orientation at Lockheed the instructor asked “Does everybody know what a fuselage is?” But nobody raised their hands “Let me rephrase that, who here doesn’t know what a fuselage is?” He said two women and a Black person raised their hands lol
I won’t fly (or I get nervous if I have to) since my dad got fired from AA for saying “Im not one of your boys, get someone else to do etc.” to an N95 when he had seniority over him and most people there… the Black person just told the Union that he called him a Black person and he lost his job just before he could retire.
>dieversity and blm
>not even once
Name one thing that hasn’t been ruined.
Even this place is getting shitted up due to incessant posting of all the butthurt nikkachoo glowies and diversity feds turning their place into a variant of their neighborhood.
It's beautiful and I can't wait for the collapse and the bullets start flying
IT'S MORE BOEVER THAN IT'S EVER BEEN
10 years
Chinese 'built' and somewhat designed are already floating around and will probably start to increase in the near future however they're always going to use western made engines for the foreseeable future so probably not in your lifetime.
But in reality all commercial wide body and the majority of larger narrow body airplane engine components trace back to MTU aero engines or some to Rolls-Royce Trent so, if diversity is established there that’s it.
its possible, im going to discount it we've seen better companies fall by the way side because of it. But i think because of the reliance of tech and processes that are decades old and established hence nobody can really compete and so forth it'd take a lot more than diversity to frick it all up.. but that doesn't mean they're infallable.
*im not going to discount it rather
chinese airliners use the same western components, they do not have the domestic production for almost any of it
The Boeing Experience.
The thing is as boomers die off their knowledge often goes with them. There are some experts in engineering / mathematics that only had something like 30 students they passed their insights to. And if 28 of them are white and are no longer employable cause they're not diverse enough that leaves 2 people that know what they're doing in a massive industry.
And usually those students are old now too and about to retire.
What I'm saying is in the next decade there will be stuff that nobody knows how it works and how to fix it.
AI will save us.
is this part of some type of guerilla marketing campaign for the new chinese jet?
https://www.businessinsider.com/comac-c919-chinese-commercial-jet-built-rival-boeing-and-airbus-2022-2
COMAC's c919 only has 5 planes in service
Must've sucked another Black person into the intake. Many such cases, ought to be fine in half a minute.
> The plane was a Boeing 737-900....
"Was" being the operative term.
