The law is the law. And it's all called "temptation" for a reason. You want it. You think you should have it. You can think of all kinds of reasons and excuses why you should. But it's wrong.
It wouldn't BE temptation if you could just reject it altogether and move on with your life instead of humming and hawing and weighing the morality and justification. That's what makes it by definition temptation.
