I make my money online and am at a meager 1.5k at the moment. If you were in my shoes and had to move somewhere, where would it be? Where is cheap but also has lax immigration laws? Some kind of internet access is important

Run an online “store” but the products are another company’s, made and stored in a shady sweatshop. You are their marketing ambassador and getting a cut of the sale

You can make that much from dropshipping in current year?

He was asking a question, not stating a fact. Drop shipping is a recurring meme in these threads. It can add to your income but often requires you to be rooted in one place, or have reliable people rooted there, so it's not really conducive to being a nomad and it's definitely not stable.

Argentina. Don't even worry about whatever the immigration laws on paper are, as long as you're bringing dollars into the country you'll be allowed to stay.

You can live a lot of places on 1.5k/month. First ask yourself if you prefer Asian, Latin, or African women/men.

African men ideally but how is the Internet speed there? I read Africa is a surprisingly expensive country if you want a normal standard of living..

1500 USD is currently 220,000 yen. If you're not paying tax, then that's about as much as a low-level Japanese employee makes (and also about as much as an English teacher makes after taxes in Japan). You could live on that in Japan if you get your rent sorted. There are lease-buster websites you can google to find something for 3 months (which is the longest you can stay there on a tourist visa).
You'll need to alternate countries so your B country could be Taiwan, where 1500 USD also goes a long way. You said you don't like SEA, but Vietnamese are honorary East Asians in my experience, so that could be your C country.
Although 1500 is enough to live decently to well in all three countries, it's not much when you take into account travel and unexpected expenses, so you should work on increasing your income.

WHAT IS YOUR FRICKING JOB OP?

        >WHAT IS YOUR FRICKING JOB OP?
He's likely from a developed country and doing an online job at minimum/low wage for about 20-30 hours/week. It's not enough to live well on in a developed country but it's an okay life in lower cost countries.
If so, he's doing the smart thing to move abroad while he's young instead of, for example, busting his ass and joints working at an airport or getting fatter and fatter every year working as a security guard, and holding onto the faint hope he might retire to SEA someday as an arthritic/fat old geezer.
OP might have had a bad hand dealt to them, but they are showing good instincts to relocate somewhere better. He's earned the right to spread his seed.

I'm a software engineer and do my own things. I could get a normal job and a better pay, but I like this

I'd work on developing better skills in order to increase that salary before contemplating moving anywhere. You're just asking for a mediocre life, truly.

          I really don't mind mediocre

1500 USD per month is a perfectly comfy budget for life in most Third World countries. Mexico allows gringos to stay for up to 180 days upon payment of a $35 immigration fee. It is close by, so flight expenses would be negligible. Xalapa, Veracruz is my personal recommendation. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico, while also being amazingly cheap. Affordable rental rooms are abundant in the city.
Many people recommend Southeast Asia in response to every inquiry, but the high cost of flying across the Pacific, 30-day stay limits, and hot humid climate are not very conducive to budget living. (Renting a room with A/C or heating anywhere in the world will always cost significantly more than living in a place where A/C or heating is not necessary).

Not everyone finds happiness by throwing money around in nightlife districts. Some people might even prefer to blend in with the locals and live a simple, comfy life in a foreign country.

Yes I agree. Others find happiness in knowing they are financially secure no matter where they are
