I really like visiting museums especially art, but fricking Asians of all kinds just stare at me staring at the art. Do they honestly not understand the transcedent beauty in works of art? Why exactly do they go to museums then? just do show off that they went to a museum?

>caring what asians think
First mistake. This is how I know this board rarely travels, people lose their shit over american tourists but never bring up how bad asians are when they leave their home country. If you travel then you learn real quick to ignore any asian you meet with as they are going to be wrong on virtually every level of existing.
I'm not afraid of them, just annoyed that they're more interested in the fact that they're more interested in why I enjoy art than art.
I had some Asians actually *touch * me because I beat them to the line where you have to wait. It was so creepy and gross.
>just show off that they went to a museum?
Yes, they travel for bragging rights and shopping. They couldn't care less about the actual site they're visiting, only that it's a famous and/or auspicious place.
Just how intently do you stare at the art OP?
Is it ACTUALLY that fricking interesting?
I did 5 hours in the Met and I've never spent more than 1 hour in a museum since. Hell, I only spent 30 minutes in the Louvre before I got the frick out.
You potentially might be the homosexual in this situation.
Have you ever thought of that?
this is why I go to Modern Art Museums. Most Asians just go to classical shit and crowd around whatever Spanish-Andorran Impressionist they heard was cool. Modern Art is so great. For me, there is something amazing about the use of blues. As I walk out, I am sweating. My heart palpitates. I can't help it. Modern Art makes me want to rock out.
I was anticipating the Art Brut reference before it came.
>yes, i will go to the general national/art/history museum and follow the crowds to the top 10 exhibits, problem?
what's the deal with the prague clock too btw? possibly the lamest "omg must see" i have ever seen
Prague as a city is more a vibe than famous landmarks (I like Prague don't get me wrong). The clock is one of the few iconic things that normies can point to as being distinctly Prague.
Wow asians are soulless bugmen, breaking news at 11
They're not looking at your observation of art, they're looking at YOU specifically.
oh my gaa, howyte peepor, so exotic
You ARE the work of art.
lived in asia for a decade. they dont tbh. they literally do not care about things like art, they do want to be seen acting out the role of "i appreciate art" and to check off things like "i saw the mona lisa! i see da starry night, verry premium famous!" they are also totally unable to use museums or similar places without a guide telling them all about it.
i know. you lived in korea. must suck wasting a decade teaching english and having to come back with nothing to show for it.
>but fricking Asians of all kinds just stare at me staring at the art
What are you wearing at the museum? I've never had anyone stare at me in any of the museums, and I've been in hundreds all over USA and Europe. OCCASIONALLY I'll park myself in front of a Da Vinci painting for an hour or two and get some looks, but mainly people who don't realize it's a Da Vinci until the read the placard, I back up so they can take a selfie, and then I move back in.
can you please stop making threads?
it's bullshit to say that Asians stare at white people more than other races. Latinos stare much more often, especially the majority indio ones. And when around sub-Saharan Africans, it's all eyez on me
Latinos don't stare but they get mad when I stare
No, I enjoy making threads.
Yes, Asians don't really understand art or how to make it. It is more to appear as civilized as whites. When they visit, they watch what everyone is doing, and everyone is going to museums so that's what they do. They're very smart people and strategic but lack creativity.
