I wanna visit Iran

Iran looks pretty cool but apparently if you try to visit it as an American your biggest issue isn't the Iranian government but your own acting like vindictive c**ts?

Just looking at YouTube walk vids it's clearly cosmopolitan and safe in the cities (and the girls look loose as frick despite the Hijab) but the State Department warnings are absolutely histronic and geopolitically motivated. Nobody cares if you visit Pakistan or Turkey despite them being complicit as frick in terrorism

No fricking Zionist or Neocon has the right to tell me where I can or can't go. This shit just makes me want to go even more

Some Western tourists got sent to prison in Iran for crossing the Iranian border (accidentally?) while hiking a while back, I forget the details.
Imagine being the only American tourist around and getting caught up in a "Death to America, the Great Satan" march. Would you join?

    >Go to Iran
    >End up in a prison accused of being a spy without any prove

    Here one case:

Santiago Sanchez is still in a Irani prison since last year without any prove of being a "spy"

I went in 2018. It was really great. The people where so friendly and welcoming everywhere I went, more like any place I have ever been to. Teheran is very modern for a city in that region. I am euro though so if you are from one of the evil countries you're shit out of luck. Also the situation is probably way less relaxed from the government's side now after the protests. When I was there women where only wearing the hijab like barely on the head, but now I have heard the dumbass religious police has gotten tough again.

visiting Iran makes it hard to visit any western aligned country because AIPAC chosenites seethe over Americans having freedom of movement. Most travel advisories are complete bullshit and explicity political. Honestly it's too bad the Iranian leadership is too stupid to export soft power. There is a lot of good things about their country they could capitalize on if they were more shrewd and open

people are getting tired of the hand wringing by god's children when god's children never foot the bill but expect Americans to do the killing and dying for them

God I fricking hate Israel. I wonder if that's why they seethe so hard over Iran because one look at Iran shows it has much of what Israel claims is exclusive to them and given the recent political and social trends many of the bad things they claim are exlusive to Iran are becoming distinctly Israeli

        >Iran makes it hard to visit any western aligned country
Is there any other country besides the US making a fuss about tourists travelling to Iran?
Probably Israel but then again they make a fuss about everything.
