Intra-travel depression

How do you make depression go away while traveling solo? After about 2-3 days into the trip I get depression/anxiety and then get physically sick. Then I think about all the money I spent just to suffer and it just makes it worse I want nothing more than to leave and go back to my own bed. traveling solo is miserable.

    2) Stay for long periods

        Are you that far away that you cant just simply cancel your room bookings and return flight and book a new one?
        Last minute makes it cheaper.

    Move around alot. I wouldn't stay long in the same place when travelling alone.

    Change the tempo and energy often. One day you might meditate or chill on a beach. Next day you could do a tough hike and then rent a fast motorbike and drive out to see something cool.

    Today I woke up with chlamydia. Maybe I shouldn't go ham tonight. Took a nice hot bath. Cruised around some ladies were so unpleasant. Asians need scientology, they exist purely in negative emotional states. I had some medicine stashed and feel better now. Make your inner smile like the clap, and ensure it keeps coming back!
