Look up your local dive shop they offer most if not all classes for all the different certifications for diving. They also have monthly group dives in your area. If you certify with them they usually give you a discount on gear. Dive shops also rent out full kit for diving so you don’t need to invest in a hobby you might not like. When you do start buying gear it’s better to go harder into quality, it’s keeping you alive so don’t skimp. And divers want people to become divers so we have people to dive with
Same here. I used to go when I was younger but its expensive and takes a lot of free time, which I had more of when I was young and single and lived with my parents and now I haven't gone diving in years despite living by the sea. Truly a sport for the rich. Snorkeling is a lot more accessible though and I've gone a few times last year.

Got a favourite dive bros?
Best for me by far was shark diving at Pacific Harbour in Fiji.
Jump into the ocean with a big wheelie bin full of fish heads and chill watching the islander guys feed them.
Got paired up with a cute Canadian lass too
Checked. Going to Isla mujares on Tuesday for bull shark nursing and sail fish diving. Still new to diving so everything has been in the murky California waters
No, I just enjoy watching cave diver death horror stories on youtube.
How do you get into scubbing? It'a hard to find information at all. Do scoooobers want to keep it an exclusive club or something?
You need a boat and gear as well as an easy certification. Which part are you confused about?

yes, done padi and like free diving to feed fish with sea urchins and mussels
I got the standard padi qualification on holiday about 10 years ago. It's good fun, but I rarely have anyone to go with.

Daymaniyat Islands in Oman
Used to snorkel till I forget to equalized and blew both my drums, whoops.
Doesn't the pain become unbearable before that actually happens?
