But seriously, though, MENA sucks. Food is shockingly terrible (think shawarma, stale baguettes, no vegetables whatsoever). Women, when they actually have decent features, are 50lbs overweight and wearing a hijab. And the nightlife is either nonexistent or clubs blasting awful Lebanese music so loud you can’t hear yourself think.
