Anon, prostitution is a really big thing all across east and south east Asia, no matter what city you're in you will have access to a huge number of hookers. I would recommend you pick your cities based on what will be best for you. For example, what cities are cheapest to fly to? That should probably be your first city (skyscanner and google flights are great tools). Also consider visa rules.
That would be my advice, forget about the prostitutes because no matter what city you're in there will be plenty of hookers, focus more on what interests you and what is convenient for you.
