Usually everyone of these travel vloggers have crazy baggage like being literal rapists, pedos or had crazy past relationships where they beat their girlfriend and did jail time for it, etc so it's not so bad to see Dale being just your typical scottish awkward sperg. Now the new play after india is all these vloggers going to Algeria so all the algerian viewers literally flood their socials and they go from 5k followers to 150k in a matter of weeks because that influx of traffic makes the YouTube/Tiktok algorithms go apeshit and makes them go viral.
Just recently i saw this couple who went from Algeria to literally Bengladesh (WTF is even in Bengladesh ?), squatting 5 star hotels and pretending they're "enjoying the culture" in streets covered with garbage and feces. You could see they were disgusted by the face and they kept on making these fake ass faces of how amazing the country is and how amazing the people are even though they're fricking starving.
That content is soulless BS and you can feel that the vlogger isn't happy being there but he has to be there if he wants to go viral and get the algorithm to play in his favor.
While other guys like Gabriel Traveler who post great content in interesting countries never break past 30k views because the algorithm keeps him buried.
Gabriel Traveller seems like a good guy but his videos are just boring. I'll watch him for cheap living tips and to get a gauge of a place I want to go but I wouldn't watch for entertainment. The worse is the couples who do travel vlogs where its always a reserved guy and a loudmouth c**t woman. Also, most of them just fricking eat in every video
Gabriel Traveler has its own quieter style for sure, that might be a huge contrast from the usual travel vlogger.
My personal feel about his content is that he's a good change from all the autism and BS from other vloggers and he visits a lot of ancient ruins/historical places a bit like Bald does.
His videos in Malta were pretty nice, while the usual schizoid vlogger will be going to Sliema/St Julians and Comino, Gabriel actually rented a car and went inland to visit old forgotten places.
While he does give off a more boring vibe, i enjoy the substance in his content a lot more than say Dale which is just trying to copy paste every other sperg that visited that same third world dumpster. Not that Dale's content is bad or anything, just that it's a bit generic at this point as everyone is trying to copypaste the Bald formula in the hopes of having an army of pajeet simps, clocking 500k views in every video and relax pulling minimum 10-30k USD per video.

His name was "Daleroxxu". However in 2014, he was terminated from Team PokerStars for his behavior at a World Cup game in Marabella, Spain.
Apparently this was due to "excessive celebration" (probably acting like a britbong football hooligan) with Spain's demise at the hands of the Netherlands.
Personally, I find him a bit unlikeable. Not only does his Scottish accent give me a headache, but he seems autistic and just a very disagreeable person. He does this British thing of always complaining about shit and I guess that's considered British humor? I don't really get it as an American.
I also think his haggling goes way too far. God forbid someone charge him $1 for something which, yes, he's technically being ripped of, but passport bros who do dropshipping and shit do the same shit on a different medium so it's pretty obnoxious (and autistic) to be over-haggling with Indian shopkeepers who could feed their families if he just paid a slight upcharge. I get rewarding honest behavior, but if it's just a guy asking for a little bit more from a white guy who objectively makes more, then damn just pay it.
Harald Baldr understands this; he buys random shit from shopkeepers because he knows how much it would mean to them. He buys women's dresses and then gives it away.
I'm not saying Dale has to be that generous, but if paying $1 for a $0.50 item is so terrible then why even bother travelling? Especially since that besides gambling, this travlogger lifestyle has been afforded to him by his fans, a lot of whom are from 3rd world countries. If you look at the comments, a lot of them are from India, Pakistan etc. because they like seeing how Westerners think of their countries.
