Actually, we leave our homes to get away from our women. Loitering about outside is almost always preferable to sitting inside and being browbeaten by 2 or 3 generations of vaginas.
It depends. When I was in Turkey and Indonesia there were women everywhere and most of them weren't covered up either (still not dressed slutty like western women though).
