What I did was to dress appropriately for the weather and take multiple showers during the day. Also, got my clothes washed frequently, which is very cheap to do in Bangkok (around 100 baht per kg). I walked less than I walk normally and walks involved frequent breaks to access AC (get coffee, food, a massage or check out 711 to cool down). Shave your armpits and don't be fat, anon.
