These are the least visited countries in South America
All of the videos of tourists look boring as frick, they're just walking around and it seems like there's nothing to do but I was wondering if anyone here ever visited one of these three countries and if there are any hidden gems I might not find online

Ecuador has the Galapagos islands, Bolivia has half of lake Titicaca and Paraguay has... rivers?

I thought it was well known that the only thing worth seeing in either of the Americas is nature stuff.

You're not going to get much of that in these three countries. Maybe Bolivia would be worth it if you combined it with Peru but Ecuador's Incan and Pre-Incan sites are underwhelming and Paraguay has nothing to my knowledge.

For Ecuador, Quito and Guayaquil both seem interesting. Quito is the closest you get to feeling like you time travelled back to a rich colonial town in the Spanish empire and the cathedral is fricked. It has like more gold inside it than Japan’s national reserve.

Not sure how OP came up with this list as Ecuador is one of the most visit countries on the continent and Paraguay gets a lot of Argentinians and Brazilians visiting. The Guianas and Venezuela have to be the furthest down on the list.

1.5 million tourists for such a small country of 18 million people is hardly unvisited. Ecuador is great if you want to smoke dirt-cheap weed all day; it's under a dollar a gram there, and weed smoking is basically legal and socially acceptable.
Some have said that lodging prices are higher in Ecuador than either Peru or Colombia, however. And of course, you can't overlook the current insecurity situation in the country; it has been very dynamic lately, and Ecuadorians are not known for their love of gringos, so you can't expect to be untouchable or protected by the law if you visit a dangerous narco city like Guayaquil.
Only the top 3 countries are truly undervisited. Paraguay has only 6.8 million people.
