I had something similar, a coworker who was constantly backstabbing everyone in his workgroup and kept trying to involve everyone else in the company in his personal vendetta. He was universally disliked, it wasn't an uncommon opinion.

People do not want to gravitate around a child in an adult's body, just keep your cool and avoid dealing with her. If she wants to start a shitshow, I'd just ignore her, say that I'm not here for drama, and then ask people to come out with me to a bar to enjoy my time instead of getting angry over nothing.
If someone can only act like a child, treat them like a child, don't feed the temper tantrum over not getting candy at the store, and walk away. If the whole group simps for her, then the whole group is one you want to avoid.
