The only fricked things is finding rentals which is gunna be even worse with immigration. Everyone migrates to the capital cities where they can only find rentals in the piss shit suburbs on the outskirts. Thats normally a 50 minute commute to work with shit traffic, fuel costs plus toll roads

I’ve lived in Australia for 5 years and I could get a home loan tomorrow lol or wait another 10 and pay cash. This country is easy mode!
