Just bring wetwipes and clean them after you remove your socks and it's not a problem at all
The only time i had to clean my feet was after the TSA, i had to remove my flip flops and the ground was dirty, but otherwise they are never dirty so it's ok.

If you put your bare feet in another passangers personal space they are entitled to suck on your toes
