Wrong. Come out to Vancouver. Its hot in the summer and they have multiple clubs on Granville street. Also pizza and other food

Berlin, for sure, no competition.
There are some festivals in Croatia that are cool, but definitely don't go to Split like the other clueless anon suggested and do the basic b***h pub crawls with the rest of lower class Brits.
Maybe check out Butik festival in Slovenia.
The issue with Berlin is that it doesn't do it as a summer destination for me, I'd love to have the sea
There are actually very few good parties by the beach in Europe these days, there used to be a lot more before it all got overrun by middle class tourists and Instagram kids, or just turned into camping spots for Germans and Dutchies.
Like Ibiza is a tourist hell hole but it does have good parties and clubs still and you can hit the beach as the sun comes up, that's kinda rare these days.
Maybe just check out some festivals. In Croatia the only ones I could honestly say are cool are Dekmantel Selectors and Dimensions, but I still hate the location they're at.
If a river is good enough def check Butik festival.
Belgrade had good nightlife.
Be careful though as lots of clubs are mafia run and we got told we’d get robbed if we went to them.
Zrce beach in Croatia has festivals May-September. Great summer vibe, great venues but take your time to pick the festival. I've heard the experiences range from the best ever to pretty bad. I went to Hideout, it was cool but since its the most popular one, there were many Brits shitting up the place and acting like animals everywhere.

Ios in Greece is just an endless party in the summer. Tons of girls straight out of highschool go there to vent their frustrations too. That is the case with most Greek islands but this one takes the cake.
