they belong to the the top 5-15% of the nation which is drank deeply from 3rdie status obession, add to that the traditional casteism they have.
That being said other 3rdies are also bit like that, White Gusano Latin Americans thinking they are bit better then rest, or white turk subgroup claiming they are better. but indians take it to an extreme
It's always funny seeing them clashing in the extremely egalitarian 1stie world. They come from a place where lower castes cannot eat from places where higher castes eat, to a place where you call your boss with their first name, and billionaires larping to be humble downtoearth guys.
I rather have that than the 3rdie moronic flexing culture. Anyone who makes a little bit of money buys moronic status flexing objects. But yeah sometimes it annoying like the most nepotistic of nepo babies pretending that she/he/xe worked hard to get there
I am not arrogant. I am extremely humble. In fact, I am the humblest person an inferior poster such as yourself has ever witnessed. Keep that in mind taco boy
I saw an Indian today in the train. He was loudly eating popcorn and being loud and smelly. With a badge on him from the company he worked for like he was showing off or something. He wore clothes that have never been in fashion. He was so out of place.
so not some miniscule meager low effort job, sad.
I blame the stem focused education, this is what happens when you omit humanities and only push professional courses. It also makes the person cling to his job and associate himself with his job only, though this might be a positive to the bosses

In middle/high school you are forced basically every subject on you.
After that, in university or some trade school, you only get specialized courses in the field you picked.

Sad.
I think it has to do with class
My father is a doctor, came from abject nothing, lived in favela like shitty buildings until 24, manage to study hard and become a doctor, he is also kinda read, delved into leftism in his youth. Read european classics like victor hugo, dostoyevski etc.
But he still has those weird habbits that I can only explain due to growing up poor. Extremely status obessed, shows off his car, his electronics etc and this is a 60 year old man not some teenager. Meh
I think migrant 3rdies who manage to earn way too much way too fast kinda suffer from the same problem. I dunno how you can solve this tbh, I guess never.

Dutch culture is very much based on protestant values. Even if people aren't really religious anymore.
Working hard and saving money is important, spending money is frowned upon.
Everyone is equal, everything is a group effort, everyone's opinion is important, and if someone brags, pretends he is more valuable or shows off or pretends something is his own individual achievement it's frowned upon.

Ironically enough we're a Kingdom. The King is from the House of Orange. So everyone in the Netherlands is orange. That's the team.

There is also little gap, unlike 3rd world, Might be a factor in 3rdies trying to flex even more.
here's a fun fact, a lot of turkish doctors to move to europe complain constantly about how little money they make. In some locations they even take a salary hit due to high rent. But even in places they make more they are still unhappy.
Because the blue collar worker, or civil servant or the garbage truck driver roughly makes the same money, maybe few hundred euros less. The 3rdie mindset is "If I'm doctor I must make x5-x10 more than the average" so they expect making 15.000-20.000 euros instead of 3500 (which is not that bad of a salary) since the garbage truck driver makes 2500.
I think this also stems from most 3rdies making very shit tier wages, the only hope of living decently is educating yourself and competing with millions of others to get into the rare doctor/engineer slots in the university. Everyone strives to be a doctor or an engineer because thats the only way to live decently. 3rdie mind cannot comprehend everyone earning a relatively decent wage.

That's very true here as well. Only very niche professions really earn more than normal people. And business owners. Getting a job here basically turns you into middle class no matter what.

the gap is not as big as in 3rd world, maybe its widening due to globalization but imho you can still have a normal job and suffer less.
This is why imho 3rdie bottom tier migrants are much more happier than 3rdie top tier migrants, your life doesn't get better that much if you are already upper middle class but if you are poor in 3rd world you suddenly encounter an enormous opportunity.

This is what i hate the most about US culture, it's extremely disrespectful of the common man

You sound upset that your expats in the USA are so low functioning and prone to criminal behavior
>. He wore clothes that have never been in fashion. He was so out of place.
Indians live for the moment in time, don't judge them.
Standing out is a mortal sin in north europe though.
>SAAR WE ARE BETTER EXPATS THAN AMERICAN EXPATS
Indians work in tech while hispanics work in landscaping

I have found them to be nothing other than incredibly submissive.
we consider every non-hindu lower than dalits .
Having managed to escape their shitty home, they know that anything is possible.
Because they were conditioned to be that way in a society with crude shows of wealth class.
Literally the Indian millenium
