Will I get conscripted if I travel to Russia to visit my grandma?

Will I get conscripted if I travel to Russia to visit my grandma? I haven't visited Russia since 16 so I was never conscripted but I fear that I'll get in jail for being a deserter
>Lol he escaped draft lmao!1!

It doesn't have anything to do with the war, I refused to get finnish citizenship for the same reason.

Why would you ask a question about something that potentially puts your life in jeopardy on SighSee

Where should I ask these questions then?

That's pretty moronic even for the baltic standards. If a US citizen lived in Estonia he would be forced to serve in the estonian military?

        >Those who could not prove that or arrived after 1940 and their children born in Estonia or elsewhere could acquire Estonian citizenship on condition that they be proficient in the Estonian language and know the country's history
That's pretty weird because I know there are places where no one speaks estonian because they don't need it, just like no one speaks finnish in Åland. Also I have no clue what Estonia's history is even supposed to mean, i'm sure it has to about the Chud tribe.

        >ahvenamaa is its own thing with its own laws
Funny how 5% of population can defend it's rights better than 50%.
        >ida viru
Estonian sound funny, it's like someone tried to mock finnish language by doing moronic expressions. Pretty much the same thing as ukrainian

After 1991 in the Baltics, people (Russians) could opt not to become citizens of the new Republics, but still legally live there. They're like gypsies, in many ways.

There's no way you can get arrested for that in the normal course of events.
If they did, Russian prisons would be full of prisoners and explode.
