Zamosc old city is superb, they really renovated it in last 15 years, visit while its still a bargin (hotel and foodwise) also visit aurruniding cities because zamosc isnt big place and you can see everything thats worthwhile i one/two days.
Zamość is just a small town, always was. I wouldn't even say it's for a 2 day trip, just for 1 day. Then you can go to Przemyśl for another day. And then 2 days in Lublin. Perfect trip around Lublin Voivodeship for a long weekend imho.
